After recently purchasing a new Dell Precision laptop, I was disappointed to say the least when my 512MB graphics cards was some how producing pixelated images within IE. Thankfully there's a quick solution to this little problem:
1. Right-click on your desktop, and select "Properties"
2. Go to the Settings tab, and click the "Advanced" button
3. Go to the General tab, and select "Normal Size" in the DPI Setting dropdown box
4. Restart the computer and your graphics on the web should appear normal.
